Here we are at the fifteenth edition of our Happy Cheese Hours. By popular demand, we have decided to propose an unmissable vertical version of Parmigiano Reggiano di Faraboli Formaggi: a small family business founded in 1971 by the brothers Rino and Silvio on the historic Via Emilia between Parma and Fidenza. It will be an opportunity to taste together 5 seasonings of the King of Cheeses, from 12 to 80 months, and order directly to Giovanni, owner of the company, the delicious Christmas gifts. A glass of wine will be offered in combination with each type of Parmesan cheese. We are waiting for you as always at Bottiglieria Bulloni, in via Lipari, 2 in Milan (MM2 Sant'Agostino), from 18:45 until 21:00. Good Switzerland to all!
