Fabio, Fisar sommelier, invites you to an evening in which the protagonist will be the bubble, both Classic and Martinotti method, perfectly matched to the crudités of the sea.
We will try together fish tartare, red prawns and oysters, enhancing their taste with Prosecco, Franciacorta and Champagne.
