Fabio, Fisar sommelier, invites you to an evening in which the protagonist will be the bubble, both Classic and Martinotti method, perfectly matched to the crudités of the sea.
We will try together fish tartare, red prawns and oysters, enhancing their taste with Prosecco, Franciacorta and Champagne.

The bottles to be tasted will be:
CUKALE - 2017 - Sparkling sparrow in Martinotti method
Le Rive - 2014 - Franciacorta Rosè Pinot Nero in purity
Demière Ansiot - 2014 - Champagne Grand Cru Oger - Marne Blanc de Blancs

The cost of the evening is 35 € and includes 3 glasses of bubbles and fish crudités combined.
