With Fabio, Fisar Sommelier, you will deepen and experiment the themes of food-wine pairing.
The theme of the evening will be meat: you will discover that each time you cook, prepare or season (yes, the meat is aged!) there are different properties to be found in the wine to be matched.
The five glasses of wine will be matched with veal tuna cooked at low temperature, a cutting board of cold cuts, tartare of fassona, lasagna with meat sauce and croutons of wild boar sauce.
The cost of the evening is 27 € (includes 5 glasses of wine plus meat pairing).
