The shared bottles strictly coming from Northern Italy will range from Piedmont to South Tyrol, passing through Lombardy and Veneto.
The vines that we will find in our glasses are different from those used beyond the Alps. We will discover how their use will give us an exaltation to the palate of all respect.
The Hosteria di Porta Tosa will offer you a combination of succulent delicacies to tickle and amplify the perception of your taste buds: breaded pumpkin flowers, fresh buffalo, salmon carpaccio and cured meats such as Crudo di Parma and Culatello, as well as a small surprise.
